Around the world on a penny farthing
This guy has been going a few years now, incredible journey. Well worth a read.
Cheers, Our whole city can't even manage a decent recycling program. Looks like you guys are covering everyone's transport needs! Great example that just about anything can be managed by human powered transport.

and he makes the tyres from cutting regular solid tyres and gluing them together then glues a bit of tread on that is easier to regularly replace.
No ideas on helmet..
